GlenAllachie’s Master Distiller Billy Walker, hand selects a small number of truly exceptional casks each year and sets them aside to be bottled as single casks.
GlenAllachie Single Malt Cask 2588 was distilled on 4 July 1989, matured for 29 years in an ex-Sherry hogshead and bottled in November 2018. A Distillery Exclusive release.
Only 236 bottles released.
   Nose:   Bananas, pineapples and sultanas with sweet spices.
   Taste:   Toffee apples, mocha, pineapples and dark chocolate.
