GlenAllachie 31 Years Old 1989 Single Cask No 4011 Single Malt Whisky
GlenAllachie’s Master Distiller Billy Walker, hand selects a small number of truly exceptional casks each year and sets them aside to be bottled as single casks.
GlenAllachie Single Malt Cask 4011 was distilled on 29 September 1989, matured for 31 years in a Rioja Barrique and bottled in February 2021.
Only 304 bottles released.
   Nose:   Ripe bananas, raisins, pineapple and hints of mocha.
   Taste:   Brimming with raisons and almonds, followed by pineapple, mocha and cinnamon.
