George Dickel Rye Tennessee Whisky
Fine distilled Rye Whisky, finished in the classic way the George Dickel pioneered, by chilling the rye whisky before filtering it through sugar-maple charcoal made from their local woods. The result is George Dickel’s signature smoothness with spicy rye notes. This remarkable whisky was crafted by distilling a 95% Rye Whisky, among the highest rye content whiskies to be found.
Nose: Caramel, vanilla, rye and brown sugar. Above all there is a pleasant fruitiness.
Taste: Honey sauce, again fruit, caramel, vanilla and pleasant oak. Overall, soft and gentle.
Finish: Mellow dry oak finish.
