Distiller’s Reserve 12 Year Old from Wild Turkey is a special release that has been carefully selected from the distillers’ favourite reserves. It was matured for 12 years in new American oak casks and bottled at 101 proof.
   Nose:   Cherry, vanilla, rye spice, apple, cinnamon spice, bit of peanut, brown sugar.
   Taste:   Cherry big time, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon spice. Rich brown sugar, maple syrup.
   Finish:   Cinnamon spice, cherry, vanilla.
