Wild Turkey Heritage Single Barrel 2005
Wild Turkey Heritage Single Barrel is a Limited Release, hand selected by Master Distiller Jimmy Russell from over 100,000 barrels. It was matured in charred new American oak barrel and bottled at 101 Proof in May 2005.
It was released exclusively for the travel retailer DFS Group in October 2005.
   Nose:   Hazelnuts, dark chocolate, tropical fruit. With water up came some aloe vera with peaches.
   Taste:   Peaches and sweet mint and American oak.
   Finish:   Long, fruity, woody and bitter.
