Peated American Single Malt finished in Pinot Noir Cask. 50% ABV.
This peated single malt started its life in first used bourbon casks. 10th St Distillery hand selected one of these casks and let the whisky finish in a local Pinot Noir cask.
Color: melted cherry Otter Pop
Nose: strawberry, smoked fruits, sour candy, butterscotch, cinnamon sugar
Palate: strawberries & cream, cranberry, smoked plum, sea air, clove, dark chocolate
Finish: new oak, tannins, smoked meats, red berries, marzipan
