Nose: Vanilla fudge, sea air and peat smoke, balanced beautifully by honeycomb and cinnamon spice.
Taste: Citrus, gentle saltiness and vanilla with flakes of coconut.
Finish: Peat smoke, bourbon vanilla and lime.
