Buffalo Trace 18 Year Old 1988 Experimental Collection
Part of the Experimental Collection from Buffalo Trace, this 18 Year Old was finished in Zinfandel Wine Cask. The whiskey was distilled in April 1988 and spent its first 10 years in New Charred American Oak before being transferred into an American Oak Zinfandel cask. It was bottled on 23 February 2007.
   Nose:   Perfumed, with vanilla, honey and beeswax traces.
   Taste:   Sharp and dry, herbal, with oak dominant.
   Finish:   Fruity, dry with spices.
