This is the 10th Anniversary of Chichibu Distillery. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2018, this has been produced from heavily peated malt and bottled at cask strength.
Limited to 11,550 bottles.

 
    Nose:    Peat, salt, bananas, smoked ham. Earthly, herbs, anise, forest berries, basil, chalk, black pepper.

    Taste:    Quite thick, ammonia, salt, salty meat, peat, green spices, black pepper, sweetness, liquorice, white pepper.

    Finish:    Long and cooling finish. Minty, peat, ammonia, citrus, red apples, sweetness, cereal. Soot towards the very end.
