Chivas Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Eternal Reserve
Royal Salute The Eternal Reserve was created using a ‘Circular Blending’ process, an innovative blending technique. Whiskies aged for least 21 years being blended together and left to marry in 88 casks for six months. This original blend is then blended with another 88 casks of similarly aged whiskies to complete the inaugural batch. Future batches will use half of this batch, returned in the original 88 casks stored in the Royal Salute vault. This process will be repeated for subsequent batches and, by doing so, the original blend is always at the heart of Royal Salute The Eternal Reserve, retaining the impeccable lineage of the blend.
The Eternal Reserve is presented in a porcelain flagon handcrafted by Wade Ceramics.
   Nose:   A round nose with marzipan, honey and nuts.
   Taste:   Nutty, silky, spicy and all-around delicious.
   Finish:   Medium, pleasantly spicy and mild.
