Darkness Dalmore 14 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish
A Darkness independent bottling of Dalmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for 14 years and given a finish in Oloroso sherry octave casks.
Nose: Stewed apples, fresh ginger, loads of dried fruit notes with a dusting of cinnamon.
Taste: Subtly peppery malt, with waves of chocolatey sweetness and jammy sultana. A smidge of liquorice, too.
Finish: Still wonderfully chocolate, with a touch of coffee.
