An iconic symbol of Heaven Hill Distillery’s legendary Elijah Craig brand, this is the 12 Year Old Small Batch release. It was matured for 12 years in new American oak barrels and bottled at 94 Proof.
   Nose:   Strong oak and vanilla. A little later sweet tones appear.
   Taste:   Quite spicy, lots of oak.
   Finish:   Woody tone plus nice notes of vanilla.
