Elijah Craig Straight Rye was distilled and matured at Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. A perfectly balanced spicy rye, with a unique combination of spicy rye grains and sweet corn: 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley.
Nose: Dark chocolate with spices and a hint of smoke.
Taste: Rich baking spices and honey backed up with smooth oak influence.
Finish: Long and lingering.
