GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 10 Single Malt Whisky
This is Batch 10 of the GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength whiskies.
For this edition, master distiller Billy Walker has chosen Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. Matured for 10 years and bottled at cask strength in August 2023.
   Nose:   Nutty with toasted hazelnuts and pecans. Black cherries and redcurrant.
   Taste:   Almonds, red fruits: blackcurrant, sour cherries. Some black pepper.
   Finish:   Long and pleasant, sweet with black pepper and coriander spices.
