Glenmorangie Sonnalta PX Private Collection 2009 Release
Released in 2009, Glenmorangie Sonnalta PX was the first of the distillery’s Private Collection bottlings.
Sonnalta PX (in Gaelic Sonnalta means “generous”) is a rare expression of mature Glenmorangie that has spent many years in first fill, ex-bourbon casks before being extra-matured in top quality Spanish ex-Pedro Ximénez casks.
   Nose:   Hard orange candy, vanilla latte, mango.
   Taste:   Sweet at first, dries towards the end, fruity soft.
   Finish:  Long, sweet finish. Cream pudding and orange peel.
