Hibiki Harmony 2021 Ryusui-Hyakka Limited Edition Japanese Whisky
A special limited edition of Suntory’s Hibiki Japanese Harmony blended whisky, released in 2021 to celebrate the Ryusui-Hyakka: (Japanese) “One-Hundred Flowers and Flowing Water”, a ceremonial design common in Japanese traditional art.
Hibiki is a blend of over ten malts and grains featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask.
As always with Hibiki, the bottle has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.
   Nose:   Strong notes of lychee, rosemary, and sandalwood combine with a potent oakiness.
   Taste:   Balanced between sweet honey and candied orange peel, and subtle white chocolate.
   Finish:  Long, delicate, and leaves with a lingering note of oak.
