Part of Highland Park Magnus Collection, Saint Magnus is the second release. A collection of three stunning bottles designed by Stoelze Flaconnage to replicate bottlings from 150 years ago.
This Limited Edition celebrates Saint Magnus, 20 years after the murder of the Earl by his treacherous cousin Haakon, the Earl was canonized. The label of these whiskies features an image of the saint taken from the stained glass window in the Cathedral. The bottle is presented in a wooden crate etched with Highland Park branding and the tale of Earl Magnus.
Saint Magnus was matured for 12 years and released in 2010.
Only 11,994 bottles released.
   Nose:   Dark dried fruits, raisins and grapes, baked waffle and cupcake, oily, warm, full of autumn tones. A little smoke.
   Taste:   Sweet, slightly spicy, dried fruit compote, plum and grape jam.
   Finish:   Aftertaste of sweet raisins, prunes and baked apple.
