Jim Beam Bonded Number 12 Formula Australian Release. Originated by Jacob Beam in 1795, this bourbon reflects the pride of seven generations and 200 years of whiskey making.
It was aged and bottled according to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, 100-proof bourbon (50% ABV), aged minimum 4 years and produced in a single distillery season at a single distillery, the way all bourbon used to be.
   Nose:   Oaky notes with a background of vanilla and caramel.
   Taste:   Oak spiciness, medium-bodied with a balanced flavour.
   Finish:   Medium, sweet oak aftertaste.
