Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured 2023 Edition
Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured 2023 release, a multi-dimensional whisky, combining the citrus sweetness and peat smoke of Kilchoman’s spirit balance with the PX character. Matured for a minimum of five years in first-fill and refill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the first limited edition to be fully-matured in this cask type. Heavily peated at 50PPM and bottled at 50% ABV.
   Nose:   Sweet sultanas and raisins with rounded peat smoke, layers of liquorice and hints of citrus sweetness.
   Taste:   Brown sugar and malty sweetness, orange peel, citrus, dark chocolate and waves of sherry richness.
   Finish:   Chocolate coated raisins, oak smoke, mixed spices and lasting PX sweetness.
