Part of The LARK Signature Collection, Rebellion is signed by Master Blender Chris Thomson, representing his mark on the new world of whisky.
The Signature Collection comprises the multi award-winning Classic Cask Single Malt Whisky, Rebellion Single Malt, Tasmanian Peated Single Malt and the Classic Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky.
Inspired by the pioneering spirit of Tasmania, where risk is in the water, this special dram has been matured in experimental Chinotto seasoned casks.
   Nose:   Zesty orange with custard and lemon meringue.
   Taste:   Candied citrus peels, vibrant cola and buttery malt developing towards soft orange custard with a dusting of cinnamon.
   Finish:   Lemon meringue pie with flashes of zest and spice​.
