North Star Secret Highland 11 Year Old 2011 Single Malt Whisky
An undisclosed Highland Single Malt released by North Star Spirits, Cask Series 021. It was distilled in 2011 and matured for 11 years in a selection of port octaves, oloroso sherry octaves, and a refill hogshead. Bottled at cask strength in November 2022.
Only 265 bottles released.
   Nose:   Apple cider with smashed dark berries.
   Taste:   Double scoop of birthday cake ice cream with a chocolate wafer & flake.
   Finish:   Oily all-over taste bud massage.
