North Star Secret Speyside 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
This Secret Speyside was independently bottled by Scottish Whisky Awards Independent Bottler North Star in 2021. This Single Malt has been distilled at a secret Speyside distillery in 2010. It has been matured for 10 years in a refill Oloroso sherry butt and then finished in 2 fresh Oloroso sherry hogsheads.
Only 660 bottles released.
   Nose:   Pear, Apricot, Stewed apple, sugar coated pastries, butter, raisins.
   Taste:   Buttery and sweet. Light fruits. Creamy on the tongue. Fine oaky sourness towards the end of the palate.
   Finish:   Medium long. Pleasant. Warming.
