Penderyn Legend Single Malt Welsh Whisky
Part of the Dragon Range from Penderyn, alongside with ‘Myth’ and ‘Celt’ releases, Legend bottling is a delicate and sweet expression. The red dragon (Y Ddraig Goch in Welsh) is the proud national flag of Wales, pictured on the bottle and box.
Legend has been matured in specially reserved ex-bourbon American oak casks and finished in ex-Madeira wine oak barriques.
   Nose:   Aromas of fresh apples and citrus fruits intermingle with cream fudge and sultana raisins to create a complex yet fresh, clean and well-balanced whisky.
   Taste:   Incredibly smooth and both fresh and rich dried fruits abound. Delicate and sweet on the palate with just a hint of bitterness to remain refreshing.
   Finish:  A long aftertaste of Madeira cake and sultanas.
