    Nose:    Lots of pears, such as Williams spears, also hints of peaches and quinces, thus fruity, sea breeze.

    Taste:    Light, fruity, pears and apples, little salty, hints of oak wood.

    Finish:    Medium long, warm, zesty, still fruity.
