Springbank 18 Year Old 2023 Release Single Malt Whisky
The 2023 release of Springbank’s famous 18 Year Old Single Malt has been aged in a combination of 65% Sherry, 20% bourbon and 15% rum casks.
   Nose:   Lots of soft sherry and some Demerara sugar.
   Taste:   Dark fruit sweetness is very high quality and ripe. There are also slightly maritime aromas from the bourbon, even some salt in the background.
   Finish:   The mouthfeel follows the palate, lots of harmony, little dirt. The finish is almost long.
