Springbank 21 Year Old 2021 Release Single Malt Whisky
This is the 2021 release of the Springbank 21 Year Old. The Springbank 21 gold boxed edition was released in 2012, marking the first time a 21 Year Old whisky had been produced by the distillery since 2005. It was matured for 21 years in a combination of 35% Sherry, 30% Bourbon and 35% Port casks.
Only 3,600 bottles released.
   Nose:   Wood, vanilla, honey, smoke, butter, wax, mineral, fruity, cake with strawberry jam, beet root.
   Taste:   Sweet with some bitterness of tannins, slight smoke, fruits pepper, woody and nutty.
   Finish:   Long, smoky, sweet, peppery.
