Springbank Hazelburn 21 Year Old 2023 Single Malt Whisky
This is the 2023 release of the Hazelburn 21 Year Old from Springbank distillery. This Single Malt has been triple-distilled and has been matured for 21 years in a combination of 80% bourbon, 10% sherry, 10% port casks.
   Nose:   Blackberries, warehouse mustiness, damp earth, leather aprons, a little zing from some lime juice as well as a little sour cherry and appetiser, light caramel and fudge sweetness.
   Taste:   Fresh green apple, pineapple, lemonade, sweet oak, Stroop waffle, a light salinity moving into toffee on the finish.
   Finish:   A long, sweet finish.
