This is Batch 16 from Stagg Jr released in 2021 at 130.9 proof.
It has been distilled, matured over eight years and bottled at the Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky.
   Nose:   Toasted cherry and almond, crispy cornbread, vanilla extract.
   Taste:   Oak, pepper, tobacco leaves and leather, dried cherries.
   Finish:   Bitter dark chocolate, dried cherries, light burn lingers for a while.
