Sullivans Cove DC101 10 Year Old Double Cask 2008 Single Malt Whisky
In 1994, on an island at the far end of the world, a distillery was born from humble beginnings. Located in Hobart, Tasmania, Sullivans Cove is bringing a distinctly Tasmanian twist to a whisky craft, shaped by centuries of practice. Sullivans Cove provides obsessively and slowly handcrafting single cask whisky, with no two batches the same. Each, an opportunity for exploration, genuinely rare whisky which can’t be rushed, and which can never be replicated.
This Double Cask of exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt from Sullivans Cove was matured in a combination of French oak ex-tawny cask and American oak ex-bourbon cask. One of 1199 bottles released. It was distilled in March 2008 and bottled in July 2018.
