In 1994, on an island at the far end of the world, a distillery was born from humble beginnings. Located in Hobart, Tasmania, Sullivans Cove is bringing a distinctly Tasmanian twist to a whisky craft, shaped by centuries of practice. Sullivans Cove provides obsessively and slowly handcrafting single cask whisky, with no two batches the same. Each, an opportunity for exploration, genuinely rare whisky which can’t be rushed, and which can never be replicated.

This Single Cask of exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt was matured in a unique American oak ex-bourbon cask. One of 140 bottles released. It was distilled in April 2000 and bottled in October 2017.
 

    Nose:    Malt, vanilla, white flowers and wood shop.

    Taste:    Caramel, pound cake and apricots.

    Finish:    Lingering malt texture and powerful oak.
