Sullivans Cove TD0148 15 Year Old Single Cask 2006 Single Malt Whisky
In 1994, on an island at the far end of the world, a distillery was born from humble beginnings. Located in Hobart, Tasmania, Sullivans Cove is bringing a distinctly Tasmanian twist to a whisky craft, shaped by centuries of practice. Sullivans Cove provides obsessively and slowly handcrafting single cask whisky, with no two batches the same. Each, an opportunity for exploration, genuinely rare whisky which can’t be rushed, and which can never be replicated.
This Single Cask of exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt from Sullivans Cove was matured in a unique second fill American oak ex-bourbon cask. One of 198 bottles released. It was distilled in September 2006 and bottled in June 2022.
