Talisker Distillers Edition 2011 Single Malt Whisky
Talisker Distillers Edition Single Malt was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2021. It was double matured in Amoroso sherry casks for a richer rounded flavour.
Nose: Without doubt sherry influence with fruits like strawberry. There is also some smoke and a freshness.
Taste: Not too sweet, dry smoke, tobacco, mild tannins and lots of fruits (apricot, orange, berries).
Finish: Sweet and fruity, then pepper and dry smoke remain.
