Noah’s Mill is a Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey from Willett distillery. The bourbon has been aged in new charred oak barrels, then hand bottled at 114.3 Proof.
   Nose:   Sweet, honey, flowers, sweetened biscuits.
   Taste:   Caramel, cinnamon, nuts.
   Finish:   Short, sweet, honey.
