Refund & Return Policy

At Whiskey Market Online, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind every bottle we sell—especially the rare and exclusive ones. However, due to legal restrictions on alcohol returns, we have a specific policy in place to ensure transparency and trust.


🔁 Can I Return My Purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on alcohol purchases unless your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item you received was incorrect
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • The product is defective or spoiled due to packaging or shipping issues

This policy is in line with federal and state alcohol regulations, which restrict the return of spirits once they leave our licensed premises.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your bottles securely—but if your order arrives damaged or the product is compromised, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The packaging (including the box and padding)
    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Reship the item (if in stock), or
  • Issue a full or partial refund

📦 Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong bottle or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will:

  • Ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge, or
  • Arrange a return and replacement (where applicable)

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

What We Cannot Refund or Accept

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If more than 3 days have passed since delivery
  • If the bottle has been opened, consumed, or tampered with
  • Taste preferences or buyer’s remorse
  • Failure to receive the package due to an incorrect address provided
  • Refused shipments or packages returned by customs (unless due to our error)
  • Issues caused by failure to comply with local alcohol import laws

🚚 Shipping-Related Issues

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If deemed lost or undeliverable, we will either resend your order or issue a refund.
  • If delivery is attempted but fails due to an unavailable recipient (e.g., no adult signature present), we are not responsible for refunding the item or reshipping without an additional fee.

🔁 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at support@whiskeymarketonline.com.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

🧾 Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If we request a product be returned to us due to an error or damage:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement
